Raquel Bild-Libbin, Ph.D.

Dr. Raquel Bild-Libbin has been in practice as a psychologist for more than 30 years. During her extensive and varied career, she has focused on assisting clients with life transitions, relationships, depression, stress management, anxiety, parenting issues, and in coping with chronic illnesses. She's an active, engaging therapist that helps clients learn strategies to reach realistic goals.

Using a variety of treatment modalities including positive psychology, cognitive/behavioral, solution-focused, psycho-dynamic, and supportive therapy, Dr. Bild-Libbin uses her experienced diagnostic and clinical skills to tailor treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults. As an expert witness, she frequently testifies in criminal, civil, and family courts.

Dr. Bild-Libbin earned her Ph.D. from the University of Miami in 1976. She has been active in many professional associations including past President of the Dade County Psychological Association and past Member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Psychological Association. Frequently asked to comment on popular culture, she has been interviewed for Primer Impacto, The Cristina Show and other media. She has also been featured in the Miami Herald and El Nuevo Herald.
